- WHOLESALE & RETAIL FACILITATOR FOR POEs AND WORKPLACE PRACTICALS (1 POST)

CENTRE: Corporate Centre (Klerksdorp)
SALARY: R256 395.00 p.a. plus 37% in lieu of benefits
DURATION: 12-month fixed-term contract
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate
- An appropriate three (3) year qualification in teaching
- Minimum of three years in the teaching and assessment field
- Be able to work independently and meet time frames
- Strong business administrator skills
- A qualified and preferably registered facilitator for W&R Operations Level 2
- W&R SETA knowledge of Wholesale and Retail learnership
- Proof of registration with SETA as an assessor
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to lecture/facilitate in English
- Must possess skills to align and unit standard-based qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To facilitate and monitor the workplace practical
- Ensure that learners complete and submit POEs
- Assist the moderator and project manager
- The incumbent may be expected to work extra days during verification

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric certificate/Grade 12
- Minimum NQF Level 2 Wholesale & Retail Operations Qualification OR Relevant Qualification
- Moderator Statement of Results
- An Assessor Statement of Results
- A valid driver’s license
WORK EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Have a minimum experience of at least three (3) years in the Moderation field
- Have a minimum experience of at least three (3) years in Moderation of Assessment
- Be able to work independently and meet the time frames
- Computer literacy
- Strong business administrator skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to lecture/facilitate in English
- Must possess skills to align and unit standard-based qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- A Moderator will be Moderating Portfolios of Assessment for the Community Development Programmes.
- A Moderator will be working with the Assessors and the Project Manager.
- The incumbent may be expected to work an extra day during Verifications. The SETA might need some clarifications.
