            REQUIREMENTS

·      An appropriate three (3) year qualification in teaching

·      Minimum of three years in teaching and assessment field

·      Be able to work independently and meet time frames

·      Strong business administrator skills

·      A qualified and preferably registered facilitator for W&R Operations Level 2

·      W&R SETA knowledge of Wholesale and Retail learnership will be an added advantage

            REQUIREMENTS

 

·      Matric certificate/Grade 12

·      Minimum NQF Level 2 Wholesale & Retail Operations Qualification OR Relevant Qualification.

·      Moderator Statement of Results

·      An Assessor statement of Results

·      A valid driver’s license

            WORK EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

 

·      Have a minimum experience of at least three(3) years in Moderation field

·      Have a minimum experience of at least three(3) years in Moderation of Assessment

·      Be able to work independently and meet the time frames

·      Computer literacy will be an added advantage.

·      Strong business Administrator skills

·      Good interpersonal skills

·      Ability to lecture/facilitate in English

·      Must possess skills to align & unit standard based qualifications.

            DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·      A Moderator will be Moderating Portfolios of Assessment for the Community Development Programmes.

·      A Moderator will be working with the Assessors and the Project Manager.

·      The incumbent maybe expected to work an extra day during Verifications the SETA might need some clarifications.

  • Initiate claims as per tranches for the College, finalise and submit them to the funder (NSF).
  • Report on the finances of the project.
  • Upload all learners and their results on SETA/QCTO database.
  • Handling of the certification of learners with the relevant ETQA.

  • Provide support in monitoring the budget of the unit.
  • Administer petty cash for the unit.
  • Monitor office orders.
  • Verify invigilators’ and registration appointment requests against timetables and calculate the CTE.
  • Complete S&T, reconciliations and payment forms etc.
  • Order stationary and office equipment for the unit.
  • Keep register in the unit for all invoices, payments, petty cash etc.
  • Provide Human Resource (HR) information to employees.
  • Report on HR matters.
