REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate/NCV Level 4
- An appropriate one (1) year qualification in facilitation/teaching
- Minimum of one (1) year in facilitation/assessment field/teaching
- A qualified registered facilitator certificate for the qualification: MICT Operations NQF Level 3 (minimum of 120 credits)
- Proof of registration as a facilitator with MICT SETA or any relevant and accredited entity
- Valid driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate in English
- Be able to work independently and meet time frames
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Knowledge of Media, Information, and Communications Technology learnership will be an added advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To facilitate and monitor the workplace practical training
- Ensure that learners complete Portfolios of Evidence (Portfolio of Evidence (PoE’s)
- Assist the assessor, moderator and project manager
- The incumbent may be expected to work extra days during verification.
- Arrange Learner PoE’s according to the provided guideline
