Wholesale & Retail Operations NQF Level 2 Learnership Facilitator

            REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric Certificate/Grade 12/ NCV Level 4
  • An appropriate one (1) year qualification in facilitation/teaching
  • Minimum of one (1) year in facilitation/assessment field/teaching
  • A qualified registered assessor with relevant SETA for the qualification:  W&R Operations NQF Level 2 (minimum of 120 credits)
  • Valid driver’s license

            KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate in English
  • Be able to work independently and meet time frames
  • Strong business administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Wholesale and Retail Sector will be an added advantage

            DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To facilitate the learnership program
  • To monitor the workplace practical training
  • Keep learner records (e.g. attendance registers, sick notes)
  • Arrange PoE’s for Assessment according to guidelines provided
  • Ensure that learners complete Portfolios of Evidence (PoE’s)
  • Assist the assessor, moderator and project manager
  • The incumbent may be expected to work extra days during verification.
